These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and My Faces Production ("we", "us", "mantracv") governing your use of the mantracv website and resume-building service (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. The Service is intended for individual job seekers and small teams; bulk/automated scraping is prohibited.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- One person per account. Sharing credentials is grounds for suspension.
- You must provide accurate signup information. We may suspend accounts using disposable email addresses or suspected of fraud.
3. Plans & payment
- We offer Free and paid plans. Paid plan features, prices, and download quotas are shown at /#pricing.
- All payments are processed by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Paid plans activate immediately after successful payment verification (HMAC signature check + Razorpay webhook).
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated. Lifetime plans grant access for the lifetime of the Service.

You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harassing purposes.
- Upload resumes containing another person's data without consent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass our paywall, rate limits, or row-level security.
- Resell access to the Service or share paid downloads.
- Use automated tools (scrapers, bots) to access the Service.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
6. Intellectual property
- Your content: you retain all rights to the resume content you create. We claim no ownership over your text.
- Our IP: the mantracv name, logo, templates, source code, and website are owned by My Faces Production. You may use them only as needed to use the Service.
- You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, render, and export your content as part of providing the Service.
7. AI-generated content
AI-assisted features (bullet rewriting, summary improvement, tagline generation, ATS deep-analysis, and resume parsing on upload) are available to all users in both free and paid mode. Their output is generated by a third-party model (Google Gemini) and provided "as-is". You are responsible for reviewing any AI output before using it on your resume; we do not guarantee accuracy or job-search success.
8. Service availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be announced when possible. We are not liable for losses due to downtime, hosting provider outages, or third-party failures (Supabase, Razorpay, Google Gemini).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or job-related damages (e.g., a missed interview).
10. Termination
- You may terminate by deleting your account at any time via
/profile/account. - We may terminate or suspend your account for breach of these Terms, fraud, or extended inactivity (24+ months), with notice where reasonable.
- On termination, you lose access to the Service. Refunds, if any, follow the Refund Policy.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
